Develop your allotment growing skills with guidance from experienced allotment growers. The Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society (The Caley) and the Federation of Edinburgh Allotment Gardens Association (FEDAGA) have come together to offer some practical, hands-on, growing skills sessions for new allotment holders and for those who simply want to improve their skills. The sessions are jargon-free and easy to follow. Our pilot programme is based at Saughton Park, Ford’s Road, EH11 3HR. There are three morning sessions:
Each session runs from 10am until 11am
If you would like to come along we recommend you book early. Numbers are limited to 15 attendees to give space for individual attention and there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions. We make a small charge of £5 for each session. This is a special, one off price only available to those booking this first series.
To book, send an email with your name, email address and the location of your allotment to education@rchs.co.uk. We will get back to you with details of how to pay.
