What exactly is sustainable produce?

One of the series of “summer” from the Royal Society of Edinburgh, this is an opportunity to find out more about both the environmental and personal health benefits in reducing our exposure to chemicals from pesticides in our food. Sustainable farming and food production can benefit both the environment and our bodies in many ways. This event will cover what sustainable produce is; the benefits of using locally sourced produce and examples of innovative businesses and the challenges and opportunities facing the sector
